Super easy. A washing machine cycle (warm, 40C) is sufficient to remove breastmilk/milk stains and the occasional poonami.

Our tip is to wash clothes right away, especially after a poonami or there could be yellow stains. However, leaving a stained clothing by the window on a sunny day gets rid of it!
